News, features & insights from the world of Sports Tech & Biz. Every Week.
November was an average month from a Sports Tech investment perspective, an increase from October so we'll count the small win. Looking forward to a strong close to the year.
As always, have a great weekend!

An increase from October but still lower than any of the months from Q3, let's call November and average month from an investment perspective. Q4 has quite delivered on promise from the previous quarter but at least we're chugging along.
Here’s a quick summary:
Geography: A pretty even split between Europe and North America for this month’s funding activity while M&A deals have been dominant in North America.
Sectors: ‘Activity & Performance’ sector tops this month for the third time in a row, receiving 85% of total funding. Most of 2024 saw ‘Fans & Content’ as the main focus area of sports tech investments but Q4 has defied that trend with almost 90% of funding for ‘Activity & Performance’ solutions.
Top Deals: $90 million in funding for Ladder and $2.7 million acquisition of Trinity Gaming by Nodwin Gaming.
