A patented sports trainer designed to propel athletes toward peak performance, Hyperlab’s ‘Helios’, sealed an investment of Rs 25 lakh ($24.1k) on Shark Tank India.

London based VR/AR fitness company FitXR raised an undisclosed amount from Circle Rock Capital

WIT secured an undisclosed investment from McCarthy Capital as part of the firm’s Emerging Growth strategy.

DraftKings Inc. announced the acquisition of the US based lottery app Jackpocket for approximately $750 million.

Golf Genius announced that it has acquired Shotzoom, owner of Golfshot and CoachNow for an undisclosed amount again.

Leading online lottery services provider Lottery.com Inc. announced the acquisition of SportLocker for an undisclosed amount. Rebranded as Sports.com, it is to immediately launch as a premier platform for sports fans worldwide

The second edition of our ‘Sports Tech Connect: India’ series was held on Thursday evening, Feb 22, at a sports bar (RCB Bar & Cafe) in Bangalore. 

The goal was simple: let’s bring ~30 key stakeholders with a vested interest in the growth of sports, sports technology and innovation in the Indian sports market and ecosystem. No slides, just chat.
